I have a lovely bush by my front door.. I didn't plant it.
I think it has grown from birds ( dropping) seeds..
It bears fruit and has beautiful red blossoms in the Spring.. I have added lights to her ..In the evenings she looks very pretty..

Spent a few hours painting a fence..
A bit like the Forth Bridge... painting is unending..

If you just left it then it would rot, collapse and no longer require painting....

If we can get off the peg reading glasses here in pound shops I can't believe that if crabbyob wanted some there he could get them easily enough. Probably all the frills bifocals a that cost several hundreds here cost next to bugger all there too come to that. He's getting a full set of Hollywood sparklers for the price of a filling here. It's just the dubious anaesthetic

Going to work out in the greenhouse this afternoon, need to get my wee plug plants out of their tiny pots and into the baskets for a while before hanging them outside for the summer. BUT, It seems I'll have to weed the place out first,  bloody things are getting too damn cheeky for their own good. just made up my special weedkiller and soaked all the roots, now waiting for the place to dry.
This was one wee corner of the greenhouse, fume.

Did a couple of hours in the garden this morning.. Getting too old for this lark.. How come the weeds are more prolific than the plants I put in..!!
