Sunshine.. wall to wall.. Did an early morning shop.. So peaceful.. Just me and another woman strolling around the store..

Just had a shower. Realised when it came time to shampoo I'd used the shampoo as shower gel. A first for that particular lunacy.

Sunny here too but bitter cold wind.  I'm doing a bit of caulking today 

I never use shampoo nor soap when I shower nowadays.  My dandruff has stopped as has other rashes.  Soap's not always good for you.

Wrights Coal Tar for me.. My skin doesn't like shower gels..

Got in hell of a mess with my caulking, the stuff wouldn't come out of the tube, but it came out of the bottom !
