I've heard of diets - aren't they some sort of Iceland parliament or summat? Or even an Irish one?

Just back from a bloody cold pool, and yet another moan at the reception staff about the temp. 

Be careful

Oh I'm not abusive, just letting them know I want the temp raised a few degs in the pool and hot tubs. After all, if I want to swim in cold water I'll pop over to the ocean. It's really not on, not now, there's been 2 falls in gas/electric prices lately so they could easily turn the heat back up a wee bit.
People are leaving because of it and heading over to the pool at Wick as it's warmer.....Or so I'm told, but I really don't want a 40 mile round trip every morning.

Was weighed at the doctors on Wednesday.. The nurse told me my weight in kg..  She looked at my face, that was blank, then told me in stones..
I had lost half a stone..   Cake for tea..
