Hooray.!!  I started staining my decking at 6:30 this morning.. I made myself do it before I could have breakfast.. One coffee break.. Finished at 10... 
It was hard going.. but I didn't give up.. Well chuffed..

I've lazed around instead of walking to the supermarket and now it's tipping down. A saving all round - I'll spend nowt, not wear out my shoes and best yet it is hard enough to sluice off some of the road grime. 

Got up late.  Went for hearing test at Specsavers and was issued with hearing aids (all for free).  Walked the three miles home in the rain, and am now dozing, posting and reading.

Early tea and early to bed.

No pool this morning, got to see my GP shortly, she phoned me on Friday wanting me to come in (immediate panic mode) I had my 6 monthly blood tests/blood pressure review the week before and it seems my blood count is far too low, and she wants to talk to me. I guess that explains why I'm so damn tired all the time 
Can't go to the pool later as it will be full of kids and swimming lengths will be impossible. 🙄
Might drive over to Wick after and take Dageus over to the cliff walk and castle ruins for a change of walk.

Anyway, today we're going to Winsford, for no real reason.  Other than that, one tutorial later and that's shallot.
