Went for an early morning stroll in the park.. The early birds were there..
My sciatica has been bloody painful.. but it is beginning to ease.. I don't want to annoy it again.. Sunshine here..

Sunny here too so I've been sitting in the garden.  A quick visit from my lad and my 3 year old grandson earlier, that made my day   

I was asleep most of the day, couldn't get myself together at all, took Dageus out and went back to bed.

Light gardening, then sitting in said garden, with a book and a cold drink. The clematis is pretty at the moment.

I thought I added photos, but they haven't shown up.

Tesco delivery will be the high point of teh day. Don't know how I cope with all the excitement
