Yep, we are all very alike in this family. She enjoyed herself once she relaxed and started to move in rhythm with the horse. Kept her on a Lunge Line for ease and safety, just in one of the fields near the house.

Usual day, up at 06:00 to see to the furry ones, then do the school run.

We sometimes pick up one of her schoolmates & the conversation between two young girls can be quite interesting & often enlightening.

I didn't sleep at all last night, so I didn't get up until midday.  I'm just going out to get something for my dinner tonight and then go visit my grandson later.

I normally go to bed around 23:00 & get up at 06:00, but I never sleep for more than an hour or so without waking up for a few minutes.

"Alexa, what time is it?" "The time is 12:30 am"

"Alexa, what time is it?" "The time is 2 am"

And this goes on throughout the night, until 06:00 when I get up.

It's not a recent thing, it's been the same for several years.

I sleep for a couple of hours, 3 is the most then I wake up but go back to sleep.  Last night I just couldn't drop off so I watched telly in bed, last time I looked at the clock it was 6 am.  Hope tonight is better.

I go through spells of that.  I end up tired, grumpy and headachy.

I don't mind so much in the summer as I often sit outside with Dagues and a latte, and listen to the night.

when the nights started to shorten Veronica and I used to love to sit in the sun room at Haslemere, watching the stars emerge - it had a large Velux window in the roof.
