Bugger !   I wish I'd seen Raven's link, that is ideal, but I ordered one from Homebase earlier today. I think it's the same as a link you put up klondike.  Thanks anyway  :upvote:

Blood test today.. At the doctors..
Doctors !!!  I wonder how long it will be before they change the name... It has little meaning at the moment..

There is a vet just a couple of doors away from me. I wonder if they could help out with the GP backlog. I recall whenever we took one of the dogs in despite them not being keen on entering they were always a lot better very soon after the visit. More than I can say for the GP.

Morning, Not too bad here weather wise, it's dry anyway. Been off with the dog and called into the shop for milk on the way back. Hoping to work in the garden later, all the rain has done the weeds a power of good and the little sods are all poking through. Ggggrrrrrr.  :boo:

A bit concerned actually, he's got 3 sores come up since friday. 2 of them are wet and weeping. He's perky enough but I'm not happy. Dunc thinks it may be a reaction to his medicam or from the Anesthetic. I see the vet tomorrow for what should have been his final check, so I'll see what the vet has to say.

Not good news. Maybe another course of antibiotics will be needed. I have more faith in vets than GPs tbh. When we had dogs they were always sorted out quite quickly.

I had a cholesterol test a couple of weeks ago and when I phoned for the result I was told that I need a telephone appointment with my GP - but there aren't any, so phone next week.  I did get through but still no appointments and since then I just get the recording 'the queue is full'.  What on earth are the GPs doing?
