I have never tasted Ikea meatballs .. 
I might pop to the shops today.. I have got into a rut since the hot weather.. 
I don't do sunshine..  rain.. wind.. and frost has its problems..
Guess I wont be going anywhere soon..

Had a busy morning, Swimming, Messages, Dog Walking, then queued for tickets to the Celtic Music Festival being held here at Dunnet this W/E. Really looking forward to it. It's called "Tunes at the Dunes" No bother about parking for us, just a walk round the edge of a few fields. Afternoon out in the garden, grass needs cut.....again.

Remedial massage 1400 - and then my masseuse is away for three weeks - just hope the shoulder doesn't deteriorate too much without attention

   never tried a Spanish or Italian    French are a bit garlicky

Pacemaker clinic this morning - usual grind to find anywhere to park - has been known to take 20 minutes and a round trip on foot of a mile!

Still a bit of exercise must be  good for the heart. I'm guessing a taxi is out of the question.

I had a lovely catch up with an old friend this morning.  It's good to get back with friends after Covid.  

Still looking for a flaming pedal bin for the kitchen 

I'm picking up our new slow cooker today, plus our prescriptions - if they're ready. We have a pharmacy next to the GP surgery.  Getting our meds was simple, then the original pharmacist left, and it's pretty much been chaos since.

A session in the pool later, currently the only exercise I can manage, as my knee is not getting better.  I have a physio appointment which might help, in November.
