Scrumpy, I have seen a physio about my neck.  I have a bit of arthritis in it and it clicks and hurts, so I stopped moving it as much.  The physio has given me exercises to get it moving again.  I think I spend too much time reading and looking down and this aggravates it.

I too have a pain.. I am having trouble with a stiff neck.. So bloody painful..
I tried Tiger Balm , something that Alfred mentioned but no difference..
Any ideas please.?

Thanks Mike. My shoulder is the worst. I landed on my elbow but felt the impact in my shoulder. It feels ok most of the time but then a slight movemement in the wrong direction and YEEEOUCH!

I've got a wheat bag that I heat up in the microwave.  You've got to follow the instructions though so that it doesn't catch fire!

You are sure the collar bone isn't damaged? It's the body's 'circuit breaker' and can often be damaged preventing worse damage further up the chain

No it's withing the joint capsule. I have lots of physio on that shoulder after the damage Covid did to me back in 2020 and it feels like the same area.

I have just purchased a heated neck wrap.. Thank you.

Me too Scrumpy !  I used to have one but no idea what happened to it.

My past injuries all seemed to prefer cold rather than hot, I have several different ice packs all sizes from tiny to big.

My neck feels better today.. But it seems to come and go.. My neck pad arrives today..
