I am on a savings spree. I'll start off by saving 100 rupees. On second thoughts I'll save a bit more than that - I won't have a haircut here. That's at least a tenner and maybe more saved. I'm feeling more wealthy already

weather-wise, best day of the year so far

It certainly wasn't where I was today 

Chilly most of the day with rain at times.

Full blue sky sunshine all day here.

It was mostly the windchill here but there was precious little blue sky either. Not a problem and actually a benefit as I was at my son's boat with him doing some pre fishing season maintenance and it can get pretty warm inside in full sun.

Actually had the air-con in the car to Cool, drove wearing my string back gloves, and had the fan on in the lounge - the big windows allow a lot of solar gain and the temperature in the room was up to 27C

and tossing banana skins out of the window with a nonchalant flick of the wrist

dentist in the morning, Tesco delivery after lunch - it's all go, you know!

Ibuprofen and doing as little as possible today. I slipped and fell on a slippy path whilst photographing a wedding on Friday. Landed hard on my elbow and shoulder. Had to put it out of my mind and crack on. Then another full day Jubilee event to photograph the day after.

Day three afterwards and now in major pain. Back, shoulder and neck mainly. I've been checked out by a nurse and nothing's broken so just need rest and time.

The good news is - the camera is fine apart from a smashed lens hood!

I too have a pain.. I am having trouble with a stiff neck.. So bloody painful..
I tried Tiger Balm , something that Alfred mentioned but no difference..
Any ideas please.?
