Title: What's the date.?
Post by: Scrumpy on April 09, 2022, 11:28:53 AM

I was in a store yesterday and three people.. one of them me... asked another
'What is the date please' . I didn't ask my mate because she would just answer my question with a question..
No, they were not all old...
My phone tells me the date.. but I can't be bothered to get it out ..
See, I knew there were others out there..

I rely on my phone too and I still missed a birthday this week.

I rely mainly on remembering what day it was yesterday, and adding one

one thing about being retired is that the days all seem to blend into one - saw my masseuse on Wednesday and for the life of me could not remember when I had seen my chiropodist (same premises) - it was Tuesday, the previous day!
