Title: Facemasks for cows ?
Post by: Alex on April 28, 2022, 12:01:24 PM
A face mask for cows that neutralises the climate-heating gas methane in their belches has won an award from Prince Charles.  I thought the problem came from the other end of the cow, but what do I know

presumably the cow can still eat - or is that the 'final solution'?

If we stop eating cows there will be no cows. I assume that is the aim.

Poor cows.  I know how I feel in a face mask but surely it isn't practical.  The farmers have enough to do without taking masks on and off.

The device is worn around the animal's face and is designed to neutralise the methane they omit in real time.
Possibly got the idea from teenage boys. They use fag lighters at the other end which does the job.
