Title: Nurse Lucy Letby
Post by: Alex on October 13, 2022, 03:43:43 PM
The nurse's trial is being held in Manchester and will go on for weeks it seems.  She worked at the Countess of Chester hospital and lived directly across the road from a friend of mine.  My friend thought she was a lovely girl and often chatted to her, she also got to know her Mum when she visited, from Hereford I think it was.   It seems nobody who knew her thought she was capable of murdering babies.  Today it appears she wrote notes, which were found in her Chester home, owning up to the killings and in which she called herself 'evil ' I'd guess she has some kind of mental health problems, but you really CAN'T judge a book by its cover. Watch this space.

Tragic however you look at it. If she did it, which is looking likely, there must be some very loose screws in her mental make up.

appalling - how did she get away with it? Probably another indication of low staffing levels in the unit, so nobody to notice.
