Germany in the 1930s ? no Glastonbury.
At Glastonbury, a "singer" called Bob Vylan chanted 'Death, death to the IDF' Inshallah.   I hope he will be arrested.

Then of course there's 'Kneecap' a band in the news lately as their frontman Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh was charged with a terrorism offence last month i.e. displaying a flag in support of Iran-backed militant group Hezbollah.

Why on earth were they even performing ?  How ironic after the slaughter at a music festival on October 7th 23, we should hear this hatred of the Jews - at a music festival.  Shame on them all.

Claims of a two tier justice system in the UK are made for a reason.

Imagine the result if this was aimed against a different ethnic group/religion. The offender would have been banged up before they left the stage.

I'm sure you can be sent to prison for ' incitement '   perhaps he'll get a 31 month sentence, but I won't hold my breath.

I completely agree.
This country has changed enormously and quite worryingly since Labour got into power.
In all honesty, I cannot blame what has happened to our police and law enforcement entirely on Labour directly.  It seems to me that such has preceded the Labour government and could perhaps be due to other changes, such as the apparently enormous changes in education and certainly the lack of punishments for misbehaviour.

When I was at school, I wouldn't have dared to do anything wrong, at least which could be seen or discovered by the schoolmasters.  I did get the cane once or twice and quickly learnt right from wrong!
In short, I believe that many of our problems stem from this soft approach to misbehaving children.

You've got that right, when I'm down in Perth I often see wee brats throwing a hissy fit if they don't get their own way. I sometimes feel my hand itching to give him/her a good slap round the legs, so do a lot of other people judging by their faces.  :yell:

True,  and most of them know it, too.

That law won't make a scrap of difference to the nutters who really hurt their kids,  but it will  give kids the ammo to do what they want.

The Policemen used to give a kid a clip round the ear once,  so did the school teachers,  let alone parents.
My Dad would make us hold out hands out and he would slap them  (not very often though).   Or we used to get kept in after school on 'detention'  or made to do litter picking in the playground if we were naughty.

Is even that still allowed nowadays,  I wonder?

Quite the most sickening and sinister happening
When does a mob call for the death of others at a music event ?

Scrumpy

Disgusting behavior..

These , so called (stars), get overwhelmed by their popularity..
They believe everything that comes out of their mouths and MANY use their platform to promote/sell/cite hatred against others..
They seem to forget that a lot of the audience are not only gullible but stupid with it..
and believe all  that comes out of their (Idols) mouth.. and react on it...
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

It will be interesting to find what sentence Two-tier Keir will decide upon, he now being a judge as well as PM.
