There will be many appeals against this judgement, which will take months, if not years to ramify as the 'bifurcations' are eliminated. All designed by 'Lefty Lawyers of Islington and Archway' to achieve nothing more than delay. Then if these appeals are dismissed, they will then refer this sordid affair to the ECHR under the deprivation of human rights and then again under Refugee processing, as per the Refugee Convention of 1951.
All in all 2-5 years depending on which way the winds blowing. Of course it will never come to that point, as PM Starmer will withdraw from defending either case when he assumes office in 2024.
Open borders will be the way, just as it is now. Sunak is cynically aware of that position and supports it by pedalling hope where only known failure can prevail. All in the pursuit of cheap labour supplementing GDP, in an overprinted monetarised Economy rotten to it's core.
Is there any reason why they can't deport them before the appeals start? Ought we to pay a claimant pending appeal - potentially forever?

We could turn them back and decline their claims for asylum. Nothing to prevent it. But 'morally' as co-founders of the ECHR and the Refugee Convention of 1951 it presents squeaky seated 'Globalists, like Sunak and his boss Jeremy Hunt with a problem. World supremo Klaus Schwab their controller. rather like Ernst Stavro Blofeld is not a man to fall out with and he favours a stateless society. The ECHR cannot prosecute, it is simply a committee set up to acclaims virtues of solace and goodwill. It was never anticipated that members would ignore it's decisions. Even though everyone does it all the time!
