Sky News understands from a government source that Ms Braverman's departure is "not over a policy disagreement" but an "honest mistake".

Our deputy political editor Sam Coates understands that there was an incident involving Ms Braverman sharing secure information that she should not have done on a private phone, breaking the security rules for government.

Something like "hey mum you won't believe what the silly buggers are proposing now" maybe

Entirely predictable, Braverman, leaver out Schapps remainer (amongst ruder other things) in! Next move will be Tugenhat for Badenoch, I hope she walks out on these crazy fascists. Globalists rule and Hunt's running the show as the advance group commander. When the coup is established into complete power, enter Rishi Trudeau as PM.

The Deadend party hits Deadman's curve - completely nuts all of it!

The Tories are finished forever, time for a new party!

Here's a question, WHO decided Hunt would be Chancellor ?  I can't see Liz Truss making that decision can you ?

She (Mrs Braverman) stated that she had shared an e-mail which ought not to have been shared as it contained information which had not been released to the public.

I don't think she wanted the job really, do you?

Certainly looks like she (Miss Truss) was leaned on by some shadowy influence. Could be one of several.

Boris must have left a considerable power vacuum in his wake.

It seems to me that there is nobody within the Tory party capable of leading it. Lack of talent. Lack of charisma and too many factions seems to be at least some of the causes. Perhaps somebody could prove me wrong by naming somebody who would be acceptable to the country, the MPs and the membership.....

She was chucked out over a technicality, the truth is the government under the new globalists who really run things want more not less immigration into our country which most of us neither want nor voted for.  Liz Truss the puppet PM has no say in anything, we now have Hunt and Shapes both remainers and globalists as the front men behind their masters, and we the people of Britain don't matter and are a bloody inconvenience who have to have a say every 5 years and then are ignored.

The big hope is that people will wake up and form a new political party that although can't win, will frighten the daylights out of this lot who think they have it all in the bag.

(just posted the same on the old forum)

Lord Frost? Would meet your first and last criteria, but 80% of Tory MP's have reached such a state of detached arrogance that they are unmanageable. Completely devoid of their true purpose, they are corrupted by their self importance, sealed in a vacuum of surreality to their constituents. They favour an internecine, rabid pack of wild dogs.

So I think the excellent question you pose has no answer, hence we are watching the beginning of the end for the Conservative Party.

It's quite right that she's been sacked, & quickly.

It wasn't a minor error, she sent a classified document via her personal insecure email account.

This is a classic example of what I've been saying about the media trying to control things.

If this had happened when Boris was in charge & he hadn't sacked her, the same media rogues would have been shouting that he'd taken no action against his Home Secretary after she'd committed a major security breach.

I suspect Hunt's hand behind this, Schapps yet another remainer, now ensconced in a major ministry, pulling the levers of power and importing lots of cheap labour for their Industrial masters. They want open borders it's that simple. These lunatics are out of control.

The best part is they have no concept of what they look like to the rest of the country. Thus blindly consumed by their conniptions and dastardly scheming, just like the Third Reich before them they'll blunder on into total oblivion.

"raging for revenge, with Ate by his side come hot from hell, shall in these confines with a Monarch's voice cry 'Havoc!' and let slip the dogs of war."

I agree, but Braverman should have had the wit to not make any blunders by taking sloppy short cuts.

She's handed herself, on a plate, to the Remainers.

I don't get how a government minister is using a personal e-mail account to send official documents to colleagues, it makes no sense when they get all the IT equipment they need, provided. Even councillors get this. They can keep their government files separate from personal.

Yes amazingly inept of her, I'm really surprised - but it shows you the perfect bastards she was dealing with to shop her and supposedly from the same side too! Just fancy what dreadful people at heart they really are and holding ordinary peoples lives and hopes in their bloody hands.

To clear my angst I had a trot through the wood this afternoon. Me astride and trailing the other horse, and foal, three dogs in the panniers - a flask of hot coffee to drink in the little hut in the clearing and plenty of polo mints and doggie chews too!. The skies were angry, so we headed back to just beat the rain. I thanked my lucky stars later for it all quite frankly. Listening to GB news and the unfolding mess in England I just hope this New World I've come to can sustain it all for just a bit longer to see me on my way ...

Any current Government Minister should have the wit to realise that even if they don't flush the HoC bog it'll be all over Twitter & in the media.

When I was required to have a PNC check many years ago, the police officer said to me "bloody hell, you're squeaky clean, are you real?"

This is what Ministers should aim for.

I can't speak for the others, but when I read your posts I'm there in my mind, & they make my day & I thank you for it.

Of course, you've had a very successful career that was dependent on painting a vivid picture in the minds of Jury members.

Thank you, really much and sincerely appreciated. Sometimes I just find that words are insufficient to contain all the expression that I'm trying to pour into them? In that now past life, upon making a final address to a jury, I'd sit down and wonder? "Did I do enough, could I have done better?" Occasionally a tear from a member or up in the Public Gallery meant so much as a silent accord.

Yes these current times (fall) are quite spectacular, seeing the badgers and hedgehogs preparing for hibernation, others changing colour. Many come up to the hut now when I alight knowing I'll have some fat balls or dog biscuits for them. Some are instantly recognisable, others vaguely so. I saw my first Cottontail Rabbit a few days back so beautiful, with beautiful big eyes!
