Mups

Remember him?    He died whilst on holiday last summer.
I always liked him, and thought his death was very sad.

He may not be everyone's cup of tea,  but one thing I admired about him was, he didn't just spout on telling everyone what to do,  he explained everything well,  and he actually tried things out on himself first,  so he had experience and knew what it was like.    I don't know anyone else that does that.

He devised the 5:2 Diet,  which I have tried myself.  It  makes sense,  is good, and it works.

Channel 4 is starting a new series by him.  It begins next Monday at 8 o/clock,  for 6 episodes.

The first week it is about us living long,  ageing well,  and how our brains work, and living healthier life.
I think that might be interesting. I am looking forward to seeing his work again.

I might take a look.  👍🏽
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

Mups

Did anyone watch this last night?
It was proving we've got to keep the old brain box going, and sleep well,  to stay healthy.

I think it was the first of 6 episodes.

Yes,  me too, Ruthio.
As I said earlier,  he actually tests things himself,  instead of just waffling from books or other people's experiences.

Episode 2 next week, is about taking care of our hearts, muscles and bones.
