Did I read that a country has banned the use of mobile phones for a certain length of time during the day..  Thus allowing families to communicate with each other..
 I know I didn't dream it..
Don't ask me.. I know nuffink..

Well it's not shown up on a Google search, apart from countries where they're banned in schools.

I find it ironic that mobile phones lead to family communication problems. It used to be the TV that got the blame for that.

Don't know if I agree with that or not, BUT, when I'm out for my monthly catch up lunch with my girlfriends then the phones all go in the middle of our table and if anyone picks up theirs then they pay for everyone's lunch... Works a treat.
I haven't had lunch with them since before Christmas and I am missing life up north sooooo much.

I too have searched.. No luck..

I AM NOT GOING DIPPY.. I SAW IT..

That is a brilliant idea.. Well done Macron..

The one I read was a two hour ban in the home..

Children shouldn't take phones to school, they are a distraction.

They probably need a distraction from some of the 107 genders shite the lefty teachers brainwash them with these days.
