Ah I see it's Australian made and is apparently streaming free on Roku (my TV has Roku)

I was put off by the pictures. Not really the sort of thing I watch. Too much sex and violence.

I do take note of the various warnings that come with programs on Prime. They sometimes mention stuff like adult themes, gambling or smoking. You can't be too careful.

I don't think I ever saw it. I recall the title from a quote about some TV mush which was described as Like Little House on the Prairie but without all the sex and violence. :smiley:
Never saw it or Little House on the Prairie. Only ever liked a couple of Westerns, Alies Smith n Jones and Dr Quinn Medicine Woman.
Well that was a con. Roku just adds iPlayer to its sources and i need a licence for that.
Wasn't in the emporium either.

Ah The Waltons that was the one that was compared. Not seen either. I have grabbed season one of Newsreader and will probably make a start on it this evening. I did watch season one of Stranger Things as recommended by Oy and will watch the next season at least but I see from brief sneak peeks at the later seasons it is a continuation so I'll take a break for a little while.

Just remembered some ISPs block magnet.dl. A later post in the tutorial shows how to use Torlook which I don't think is blocked. I think I saw a mod which will let me post the magnet link directly here. If I did I'll do that.

Thank you so much for telling me about the Naked Attraction Scrumps, :wtf: but it put me off my Jam Roly Poly so I never watched it again, hardly think I'm missing anything either.
I've got to episode three and there is indeed rumpy pumpy afoot. I can't figure out if the newsreader is older than her toy boy's mother or not.
I have just done episode three.. I am looking forward to watching the fourth this afternoon..
