I am absolutely fed up of his advice popping up everywhere.  Has he invaded your computer too?

I haven't seen anything from him.

What sort of things do you get?

They are almost all fake adverts. Usually for something dodgy.

Sort yourself out an ad blocker. It may get rid of them.

We've got an ad blocker.  It's things like 'take your meter readings on 31 March so that you can not be charged for energy used before then at the more expensive rate.  They do not seem to be adverts.

Well that is genuine Martin Lewis Money / Saving Expert advice widely reported in the press but why you see it when apparently nobody else does is a bit of a mystery.

Well, as klondike says, that's certainly the advice he gave on his last TV show.

Are they pop-ups in your web browser?

Can you do a screen-grab & post one of them?

I've always declined any "We'd like to annoy you with our notifications" requests so I don't know what happens if you accept but I'm wondering if it might be something like that. I started using Brave a while back and don't think I see them now.
## Ah. Just checked and the reason is because I blocked them in settings - probably what is described below for Chrome.

This tells you how to block them in Chrome...
