The 100 votes from MPs will ensure that there can be no more than three candidates, the MPs will then vote for their choice out of the three & the two with the most votes will be put to a vote by the membership.

If, say, only one candidate gets 100 votes at the first round of MP votes then they would automatically become leader & PM.

I still think it's a stitch-up to get Sunak elected, but if Boris gets onto the ballot paper I'll be amazed if he doesn't win.

My MP, a very well respected senior member of the Conservative Party has always supported Boris & will vote for him on this occasion too.

I've just seen that I put 10 votes from MPs when I meant to put 100 votes from MPs so I've amended it.

There are only 357 Tory MPs so only three can get 100 votes each.

Forget what you read in the press, a lot of MPs who were against Boris Johnson have changed their minds as they know he's the only one who can salvage the next election.

The YouGov polls don't include blokes in the North East building site canteens, but these are the blokes who smashed the Red Wall in 2019.

The fact that Boris is a far from perfect 'Jack the Lad' is the precise reason they voted for him in the first place.

If one MP gets 100 votes & no MPs, or just a handful of MPs, vote for the other two candidates then that person would automatically become leader.

I've spoken to a few local Party members this morning & none of them will vote for Sunak.

My husband watches Euronews (he says you don't get the truth on British news), he says all hell is braking out in France over many different things, it's not covered on the BBC or our MSM.  I doubt if the French would have put up with gang rape Telford, Rotherham etc. style, I bet those responsible would be hanging from French lamp posts.

BBC, ITV, Ch 4, in fact all MSM, apart from GB news are controlled by the Globalists. She worries about this ..  Illegals hitting our shores worry about nothing once they have been escorted to a warm room.. medical checks.. phones.. FREEDOM..
