A major fire has broken out at a high-rise office building in the central Chinese city of Changsha. Terrifying footage shows the 42-storey skyscraper engulfed by the flames. Thick, dark smoke can be seen billowing into the sky, at times fully hiding the China Telecom tower. It appears that the fire spread to all floors, reaching the top of the building.

Initial impression is that the outer cladding is alight. At least it's an office building not residential so I'd assume no casualties.

I checked for other reports. They say it was yesterday and confirm no casualties.

Cladding again? Maybe it's not such a good idea.
