Just tried three times to log into PF. Each time up came 'Forbidden. You do not have permission to access this resource' - and some blurb about Error 403
Got on earlier without a problem - is it just me, or is it general?

I sometimes get that. What really hacks me off is the password nonsense. Sometimes when I do cleaning on my tablet it signs me out of everything, I try to sign in, and up it comes that my password is not correct, well YES IT IS.
This can go on for 3 or 4 tries before I'm accepted. Damned annoying.

The Error 403 code means that the server has received your request but can't process it.
It doesn't indicate a password error.

Maybe it's your PC Mike as you had a problem getting on here too didn't you ?
That was because he was using an outdated link to the old Raspberry Pi 4 domain instead of changing it to the new one. I removed the outdated redirect today as I am revamping the Pi webserver for a different project. I had no idea anybody still got here that way.
PF moved over to working using HTTPS some time back. It may be that old HTTP links don't always work.
I couldn't get in here earlier on my Lap top..
It is fine on my IPad..
I guess I will have to ask Google when using Lap top.

How did the link suddenly become outdated in a couple of hours?

It was outdated back in January when I put this in announcements and said any shortcuts to here needed updating as the old address would eventually stop working.

must have missed it
