The mod that embeds stuff would ideally be smart enough to handle that but isn't. It may get fixed some time I hope.

Michael Rolls

songs from my youth
Too Young by Jimmy Young (Mum's all time favourite)
Unchained Melody by numerous artistes, favourites The Righteous Brothers and Elvis - two brilliant versions
You've lost that Lovin' Feelin' by almost anyone, can't think of a bad version
Love me Tender - Elvis
Sweet Little Sixteen - Chuck Berry
High Noon - Frankie Laine
Sixteen Tons - Frankie Laine
Moon River Johnny Mathis
Goldfinger Shirley Bassey
Bridge Across Troubled Water - Elvis
Gypsies, tramps and thieves - Cher

I could go on and on (and frequently do) but am probably already headed for the Boring Thread
Thank you for the days, the days you gave me

Lots of great music from those times, too many to mention.
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

My Girl, another classic  :upvote:

Does anyone know how to get a You Tube link without the adverts  ?

I've probably said before but I saw Queen, with Freddie, twice in Liverpool.  What a show!
I saw The Beatles at The Cavern.  My ex was in the supporting band and loaned John Lennon a guitar strap because John had forgotten his.  He kicked himself years later when he left the strap on a guitar that he sold!
