I want to know what happened to 5 years in prison for animal abuse  ?  Since it was brought into law I've never seen a case where the offender has received 5 years.  If they do receive a prison sentence, it's ALWAYS suspended.
This poor little mite was starved to death and the "punishment" the bast*ards received is 18 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months, and disqualified from keeping animals for five years
