Flying Bomb

At one time a chap up a ladder who whistled at a passing girl
was considered a bit of harmless banter.  It was meant as a compliment.
Now the whistler can be taken to court.

I'd like to know how other countries
treat a man who whistles at a pretty woman.

I blame the whistler's mother & father for not teaching their son to respect women.
