I agree.  A very important matter explained clearly.
Unfortunately, as already said, although the general public will no doubt agree, those who make the decisions probably won't even see it, and even if they did they'd deny it because "we know better than the common man".

It is unfortunate that even if someone in authority decided to do something about it, it is probably shutting the door after the horse has invaded.
