Ever since the first Indy Ref I always said each bit of the UK should have it's own parliment and take care of it's own affairs. Have Westminster taking care of Foreign Affairs and the UKs safety, war ect. Be made up from members of the other 4 parliments and meet maybe 4 - 6 times a year unless something crops up.
The English parliment could be in any town doesn't have to be London.
That way we should all be happy, Better being good neighbours than have one parliment rule everthing and bossing all the rest around.

It is!  Despite the fact that the government tried to nibble away bits of it and give them to lesser surrounding counties.  Even worse, they tried to split it into FOUR counties to make it even smaller.

It's still there, though, in its entirety.  I have maps to prove it.
