Wow, I hadn't realised she was still alive.  I remember loving her designs, not that I could afford them.  RIP a real fashion legend.

I recall the name from (probably) the 60s then she dropped from my attention entirely. The mention of the name brought an image of bold black and white squares for some reason.

So RIP then for yet another name from my youth.
