Just checked. In fact the combination 'caught Marsh, bowled Lillee' occurred 95 times and is the most prevalent fielder/bowler combination in Test history.

Never heard of him, but I have heard of Shane Warne a cricketer who has also died aged 52

yes they died the same day, truly a black day for Aussie cricket.
