Well I'm sure many out there are very good when it comes to putting in a filling in a sandwich,
O.k; and do you make a mouth watering one ,what makes your sandwich stand out,

For me for a sandwich it's generally a KISS sandwich that wins.

That white bread looks horrible, it's got to be Warburtons wholemeal, toasted and left to go cold and slathered in Lurpak. Then that lovely, crispy bacon can go in.
I remember about 50 years ago, coming across our GP in the local supermarket. He went through my shopping basket and told me off for buying white bread!
He was actually a very good doctor and popped in one evening on his way home to check on my new baby as he was a bit worried about her.

I prefer fresh white rolls soft or crusty with good bacon we always buy Jolly Hog Bacon no water in it as you get in other bacon , HP sauce for me don't care for tomato sauce, lovely jumbly as they say down here
I don't like white bread, BUT for a bacon butty it has to be on white, so I keep some white batch* cakes in the freezer for when the fancy takes me. Lurpak for me with maybe a dash of tomato ketchup. :cool:

i like Bloomer loafs, white....buttered... i had one today with pastrami and sliced tomato with black pepper on the tomato... it was amazing.....i usually get warburtons five seeded but they are becamming rare..
