Our council tax has increased by 4.6% so I'm now paying quite a bit more as a single occupant than we used to pay as a couple.
You should get a 25% single occupier discount.
I think it went up by slightly less here but as they showed each element of the charge and percentage and not the overall % I'd need to work out what it was. As I can't do anything about it I didn't bother.
Mine came today too 4.9% :lipsrsealed:
Ours too.
Not the dogs insurance renewal too on the same day .
It has gone up massively
.i don't know what percentage but something horrendous .
From £354 ti £569 pa
Bearing in mind I have not used claimed on it for years . .
But the dogs are older and their risk of a claim because of that reason reflects in the premium's escalated value ...
61% rise! Older or not, still seems a bit steep.
Well they all add on the 'Leg over lump' don't they. Insurance renewals are today a bargaining procedure thanks to the internet and comparison sites ...
My council tax is 4.7% increase.. 2339.35.
