How to lose customers

I worked for one of the big banks for 19 years.  I started off with Midland and it was all about customer service.  Things changed.

Customer service was the mantra of so many organisations. Remember 'The customer is always right'?   🫤

My bank closed down too last September, I now have to go to Chester or Birkenhead.

My main bank is Lloyds. Thanks to the EU causing all Scottish Lloyds branches to close and be taken over by TSB, my nearest Lloyds is now Carlisle (assuming it is still open!) just on 200 miles away - and the TSB branch has closed anyway - nearest now in Perth 14 miles away
