Despite the warnings by locals the Wind Farm went ahead, now they have disturbed the ground so much it's caused a big landslide.
Thankfully nobody was hurt......THIS TIME.

Windmills again!  The Conservative party seem to be mad about them, but then the fools seem to think that if they build enough windmills they will stop 'global warming' in this country.
I assume that not one of them has a science degree.

The 'Irish' Greens made a big deal about Wind farms powering 32% of Ireland's electricity last month.

"Hopefully, this is a sign of trends that will continue out over the course of the rest of the year," he said.

"We're continuing to build more onshore wind energy; it's having a very positive impact in the price reductions that we're seeing currently in the market and that will continue over the coming months.

What happens though for the 68% of the time when the wind don't blow?

Irish Green Economics :bandaged:  says build more of them - stupid morons! You can have a million windmills and if the wind don't blow they're all producing zilch! You presently can't store the stuff and if you could, imagine the fire risk of say a million EV batteries in line at one location!

Greens should be a notifiable disease, along with the entire EU ...

You need to think outside the box Cass.  Get a load of greens and convicts to run around, carrying the turbines with them.  If the wind won't go to the turbines....😬

I have said repeatedly that we should invest more in nuclear power.
Don't need to wait for the wind to blow, or the sun to shine.
And stop whingeing about disposal of used fuel.  We have hundreds of disused mine shafts; put them to use if you're not going to extract any more coal.
