I do like a nice hot cross bun.    Whilst looking for reviews on a shampoo   I came across reviews on the best Hot Cross Buns for 2023.
In first place was M & S , these I've tried and they were very good, £2 a pack of 4

Runner up surprisingly was Iceland, £1 for a pack of 4 these are said to have a taste of Christmas Lebkuchen goodies  :upvote:  must try these next.

In third place came Tesco £1.60 for a pack of 4   I rarely visit Tesco so probably won't be trying these.

Next came Aldi Specially Selected Hot Cross Buns, £1.25 for 4.  I think these are good, I've tried them, but maybe not quite as tasty as M & S.

More useless chunnering, but hey helps to keep the place ticking over 👍

I must be the only person who loathes hot cross buns. They make me heave.  :ugh:

I had a Tesco hot cross bun for breakfast today, toasted and buttered.  Lovely.
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

I don't loathe them but I don't particularly like them either. Many moons since I had one in fact and I won't be seeking them out this year.
