Title: wake up
Post by: crabbyob on March 29, 2022, 12:16:22 PM
May be an image of one or more people and text that says 'Remember that feeling you got when the second plane hit the twin towers and you realized what was going on? You should have that same feeling again right now.'

I'm struggling to keep my eyes open these days. Don't have the energy to feel anything.  [2100]

That makes 2 of us..I seem permanently weak, drowsy, energy-less and foggy-brained..and I don't like it. Drove with Dennis To Macclesfield today to buy a new wheelchair. A wheelchair FFS! :worried:

Me either but everybody on here goes to bed before 11. When I look in, that song always goes through my head " Everyone's gone to the moon.."..

I don't always - and even if in bed by then, very rare to be asleep before 11

I am trying to turn the computer off earlier as I am sure it makes my insomnia worse.  The times I have gone on just to do something before bed then tried to sleep and I can't.  It may be nothing to do with it but its worth a try.

I always go to bed before 2000 and have a 8 or 9 hours sleep. It fits in quite nicely with my daily routine. I am on my own so do not have to fit in with any one else life style. Hugh

I try and read in bed, I try not to use my iPad late in the evening.  I think it affects my sleep.  I'm usually awake early.

I always read for a while after going to bed - I use the I-pad because my gammy arm makes holding a proper book uncomfortable
