No, it certainly isn't a Labour government.
In my opinion, it is more a Liberal government than a Conservative one.
My theory is that many Liberal MPs, realising that their party is unlikely every to form a government, have managed to infiltrate what once was the Conservative party.
I was pleased to get the extra £300 WFA this winter, i'm glad its being included in 2023 for all pensioners. Don't know if anyone else noticed, but the article says £3000!
I've not seen the article but like you the extra help last year was very welcome.
