Postmen today. I had a couple of bits coming from eBay. Now they'll arrive tomorrow or Friday.

This made me think of a couple of points.
The postmen have lost a day's pay but will still end up doing the same amount of work.
It will push me more towards using Amazon rather than eBay losing the post office more business which will mean less postmen and less chances of higher pay.

They should try living on the State Pension, that would give all the striking companies workers something to squawk about.

Most postal workers are paying mortgages or rent.. Have families ..
.. We can not compare them to most pensioners.. Their outgoings are much greater than ours..
