They do seem to cause politicians to talk bullshit. Or maybe they do that without any too.

I found the NHS hearing aids I got uncomfortable after a while. I've used headphones for audiobooks for quite a time and have switched over to bluetooth headphones for some TV. To get proper lip sync you need to get both a transmitter and headphones that support AptX as standard codecs give noticeable lag. Documentaries I can just use the soundbar as it's dramas and films that have annoying background soundtracks and mumbling actors that my past useby date earholes have trouble with.

On reading the headline I thought she had got millions of votes from the UK public but it seems that she got 307 votes from a selected panel of so-called public voters.

The Chat Room / Beware the effects of vaccinat...
Last post by Silver Tabby - Today at 07:16:06 AM
On this day in 1796, Edward Jenner first innoculated against Smallpox by infecting a small boy with immunizing cowpox germs, taken from a milkmaid's hand. His opponents, however, spread the tale that those vaccinated would turn into cows, like "a child at Peckham who, after being innoculated with the cowpox, had his former natural disposition absolutely changed; so that he ran upon all fours bellowing like a cow, and butting with its head like a bull".

You have been warned!

I don't like them on anything live because they're out of synch and as you say, distracting.  But my hearing is duff, and the background noise/music especially on dramas can make speech muffled, no choice really unless I want to deafen my OH and upset my nextdoor neighbour.

Tarry May still be a Labour MP, but his constituency has long since deselected the imbecile as their next candidate.  So, wind and wee wee from the gobshite.
