If the grass needs cutting, cut it, frost will not harm it. Keep in mind golf courses through out the country have to keep the grass short to keep it playable. This is the time of the year to fork lawns while its soft. Late March April time to weed and feed.

I don't like gardening or cutting the grass so I often think "fork the lawns".

I've got a gardener - doesn't that sound posh   he comes every fortnight and charges £20 each time, it's worth it for me as I've got a long lawn.
The front garden is stones, yesterday I put a rubber snake attached to a stick on the stones to deter the cats from using the garden as a large litter tray !!!  I didn't have this problem when I had my own cat    I imagine the neighbours will think ' the mad woman from number 6 is at it again'

Our lawn is a mess but we can't walk on it as it is so wet.  It's a lovely day today so hopefully it will be drying out.
