I was amazed once in Aldi as they were selling full sized sledge hammers. Now I could be wrong but if most needed a sledge hammer I don't think they'd  beheading for Aldi as their first port of call. This suggests that they are bought as an impulse purchase. That I've seen them more than once suggests that they do succeed in flogging them. My mind most certainly boggles.

I will admit that I do buy small tools from Lidl. They are good quality and will be virtually unused when they form port of my children's inheritance  :grin:

Some good stuff in both shops . Most will probably go straight to storage though I reckon.
