Title: nut meg

Years ago a home made rice pudding was delicious especially if the skin had nutmeg on it . and eating the skin was a luxury ,where as today i wonder what  meals even salads could you use nut meg in


Q; have you any ideas as to what else nutmegs could be use for, or are nutmegs going into decline,

My son uses finely grated nutmeg in bolognese sauce, my mum always had a nutmeg in the tea caddy.

I've only ever used it in rice pudding
