I don't think 2048 is working properly - although it could be me!
It is working for me on laptop, chromebook and tablet. With tablet and chromebook you move the tiles by swiping within the game area with the laptop you use the arrow keys. You can't move individual tiles as when you swipe left or use the left arrow all of the tiles move left as far as they will go etc.
Several YouTube videos. They concentrate on strategy rather than how to move the squares though. Easiest is to just make some moves and see what happens.
