It seems that the UK is getting ever closer to having a Muslim PM.

Can Muslims join their local  conservative party now and vote in a Muslim if on
 the short list of two?

Raven

I suppose this make me a bit racist, but so be it, it's how I feel. :hmm: But I don't want to see anyone other than a Brit as the leader of the UK. We are fast becoming the minority in our own country and I don't like it one wee bit.

I think I've made my anti muslim feelings clear, so no we don't want a muslim PM - unless he/she/them bans halal slaughter and gets a grip on child rape gangs.  Neither of these will happen, so a definite NO from me.  I don't have any objection to Suella, she is a Buddhist and as far as I know the Buddhists are not trying to take over the UK.

Nobody can join now and vote in the leadership election. I forget the rules but from memory only members of 6 months standing are eligible. I dropped my membership when May survived the her confidence vote,

Alex

I don't know if it's true but I've read that membership will not be allowed a vote, many threatening to leave the Tory party.

klondike

If that turns out to be so then out of the last three they only go to vote once. Hardly worth bothering is it if only the top table gets a say.

It was the story I read of first but I thought they had backed away from that and were just rushing the earlier stages through now.

No way do I want a muslim PM nor any other immigrant to lead Britain, leave something for the natives please.

Halal slaughter is part of their religion, I suppose a muslim PM could ban it in this country but his fellow muslims would probably want to kill him, so it won't happen.  As for the rape and grooming gangs a muslim wouldn't do any better than the native British have done on that score as they see these poor kids as white trash.

And the Buddists have hardly got a good record in Myanmar, just as bad as everyone else at killing people, I thought they were peaceful people but apparently not.

Alex

That's true Jacq I forgot about Myanmar  ! but isn't that the Buddhists cracking down on the muslims  ?  I don't know anything about Burma tbh.

My son's friend's new very young wife is from Burma (Myanmar).  Apparently when this all kicked off it was natives they were targetting, her uncle got carted off, probably all about politics,  I don't know too much about it but it was a nasty  business.  My son said to me at the time he thought Buddist were peace loving people, but they are as capable as anyone else of violence.

With regard to the grooming gangs, they were prosecuted by a muslim. Nazir Afzal, who was Chief Prosecutor.  Just as there are evil Christians, buddhists, non believers, sikhs etc.,there are good ones also.

Sunak is Hindu btw.
Its not how old you are, but how you are old. 💖

I'm not fussed what ethnic background our new PM may be but I would prefer that (s)he is a Conservative. That would make a refreshing change as we haven't had one of those for decades now.

Thank you for the days, the days you gave me

Pity there aren't more like Afzal in the muslim community, unfortunately the few good ones rarely raise their heads above the parapet.

Trouble is this grooming and raping by muslims is still going on, it has been going on in Telford since the place was built and other towns and cities where these type of men live.  While there are vulnerable young girls around these scum will take advantage and hope nobody is interested enough to care, and despite a few prosecutions I still don't think this is taken very seriously.

There were  gangs of rapists brought to court from different towns and cities, but these girls were pimped out to must be hundreds if not thousands of men.  Were these men ever caught and prosecuted? no, if they were prepared to pay to rape these girls for money once they will do it again.   Were these gangs connected in any way? that's one question I would like to ask, big business?

And have you ever heard an imam come out and make any sort of statement denouncing these people, well I haven't maybe others have?   We shouldn't have the type of immigrant  in our country prepared to rape and exploit our young girls because they think they are trash.  They are too clever to pick on older girls and women, but I imagine they think much the same of us.

I am not supposed to say things like this, its deemed as racist,  but they are the biggest racists by their crimes against white girls.  And what's worse our government happily let them come here without understanding what sort of beliefs they had and what sort of potential damage they could do to us, you only have to look at the thousands of potential terrorists that our security services have to monitor, no lessons are learned they are still are letting in people who they know nothing about and letting them loose among us.

Flying Bomb

Oh, I do so agree with your thoughts on this.
If we get a Muslim PM, this will only add to their non western conduct
in all things, methinks.

Nobody seems to care, we are such a docile race here in UK,
this will be our undoing, slowly but surely.
