Missed that my home insurance was set to auto renew. If possible I'll avoid or reset these. Renewal comes through. Plenty of better options. Especially if getting cashback.

5 minutes later still got a stupid spinning gizmo. Still 7 in queue.

Phoned again 29 minutes ago. Down to two in queue now. Expecting to be cut off any time soon.

If they ask why I don't want to renew I'll tell them it's because they take too long to answer the phone and have the most annoying repetitive hold music I have ever encountered.

32 minutes. Still 2 in queue. This bloody hold music will probably be haunting me tomorrow.

36 minutes. 1 in queue. Whoopydo.

No I run out of credit usually listening to mine's prerecorded message telling me to bugger off. I just use Livi instead.
