Own brands..

I ( accidentally) watched Secrets of the Supermarket Own Brands.. 
It was interesting .. Ibuprofen.. Nurofen.. and other top medications brands are made EXACTLY the same as  the Supermarket own brand..
I think we have been brainwashed into believing that these expensive top sellers are the best..
It certainly made me think..

If the ingredients are the same on the box, I'll plump for Boots or own brand name.
