It seems we take 4 days to adjust to the time change .. Clocks go forward tonight.
We will be prone to brain fog..
More than a third will walk into a room and forget why they are there.
A quarter will forget someone's name or what day of the week it is..

Heaven help anyone with covid brain fog too! I think I may be ok now but a few days ago I was puzzled when my phone needing charging and I couldn't remember how to do it!
Happened a couple of times to me too Sheila.. Opening very familiar computer sites and lost as to what to click to carry on!
