I hope HMG don't pump any of my taxes into Pakistan.
If the country's wrecked, tough, I couldn't care less.
We already give them millions, let them dig into their space programme money.
They only donations I would give Pakistan is their child rapist/ abusers back.

For once, I hope our government look closer to home to support people with (problems)..
It amazes me how money is quickly found and distributed to others who are in trouble..
Image, Westminster has to be seen to be a leading light in helping other Countries, while we can all go to hell, we are not important to them. Unless of course we happen to be hugely rich and they can tap in.
We always have to be seen as "doing the right thing" regardless of which party is in power - same sh*t !
Yep. High time we said stuff the "right thing" and time for the "sensible thing".
Fiddled While Rome Burned.. comes to mind.
The expression has a double meaning: Not only did Nero play music while his people suffered, but he was an ineffectual leader in the time of crisis..
Here we go, HMG has already donated £1.5 million & some Pakistani tosser has been on the news saying it's not enough & we should do more because there are a lot of Pakistanis in the UK.
Cheeky bastard.
And of course Lizzie Windsor has sent a message of support.
Cheeky bastard indeed.
The ones here could always have a whip round....
They will get nowt from me..
They already have. Even if you don't pay income tax you'll have paid VAT on your fuel bill.
I could send them a bucket I suppose.
A bloke knocked on my neighbour's door and asked if he would contribute to the Pakistan floods.
He said he'd love to but his hose only reaches the bottom of the garden.
Yeah, I know it's wicked.......
Saudi Arabia's KS relief was the first international charity to step in, sending 100 trucks carrying 950 tons of food items to 17 flood-ravaged districts of Pakistan last week. The consignment included 10,000 food packages. So far three convoys of essential food items have been dispatched.
Humanitarian assistance has also arrived from Turkey, while a flight from the UAE brought more than 3,000 tons of critical aid. At least another 15 flights carrying relief supplies are expected to arrive in Pakistan from the UAE in the coming days.

The wicked ones are the best & that one's a cracker.
Especially as I can see the steam coming out of a certain photographer's ears.
Lol.
P.S. Are you posting it on t'other one?
If not I will & it'll me who gets the flack. Lol
I see the virtue-signalling morons have crawled out to have their say.
Any help for Pakistan should come from voluntary public donations, not taxes.

I have no control over the use of my taxes paid..
At this moment I wish I didn't pay taxes... Then I wouldn't have this feeling of annoyance ..
CHARITY begins at HOME..
.. and even that should be more closely looked into..
I feel sorry for the poor animals that must have perished. Yes, some of the pictures are sad and these people are struggling BUT it's not down to us to help the world. Some of the muslim nations are helping, not before time.
I wonder seriously whether any of the aid will be directed to drainage and flood
defences. I doubt it.
Probably end up with more coming over here I suppose..... This is Birmingham, apparently Indian v Pakistani

Sorry Leicester - same difference !
If Indians and Paks could get along they wouldn't have created Pakistan. Sad but true. Then there was the Bengal question.
