Title: Salman Rushdie
Post by: Alex on August 12, 2022, 10:24:41 PM
Just been reading that Salman Rushdie was stabbed in New York where he was waiting to give a lecture at some institute.  He's survived but is in hospital.
Allah loves a trier, or words to that effect....

Sounds like somebody knows how to hold a grudge. Mind you deliberately winding that lot up isn't overly smart.

Wasn't that 40 years ago  ? they guy they've arrested looks like he wasn't even born then.  It will probably be " mental health issues " again .

He's quite badly injured.  No doubt all in the name of religion.

The news isn't good.  Salman will likely lose an eye, the nerves in his arm were severed and his liver was damaged.  Rejoicing in Pakistan though, :worried:  as they praise "this brave young man who killed the great enemy of Islam, may Allah protect him "  They're probably having the biggest knees up since 9/11 so hopefully Salman will pull through.

In the meantime back in old blighty 402 of the buggars arrived yesterday.

Alex - 402 already and  the day is not over yet.  Drastic action has to be taken, instead of escorting them in,  point a bloody great Tommy gun at them and make them turn back so the French can escort them back.
If anyone thinks this is too harsh actions like this are are the only way or they will keep coming, and coming
and coming .............

There's still a $3m 'Fatwa' on his head. Don't know what the price is for an eye, and supporting damage but whatever, Mohammed, Abdul whatever his name is, looks unlikely to be collecting a 2nd or 3rd prize in the not too distant future - but there again in this world who knows?

I am surprised that, over such a long period of time, nobody has been able to get at him..
Whoever has been protecting him has, up until now, done an extremely good job..
I wonder who has been footing the bill. !!

I do, however, wish him well..

You know full well that your solution will never happen in UK.
When UK has sufficient Muslims the boats will be going the other way... full of Brits
escaping :-) .....many a true word spoke in jest.

 in jest.
