Call an Ambulance.

This chap was hit by a car and was bleeding badly from a wound.
Passers by called an Ambulance for him.

After a long time it arrived.
Wounded chap said to Ambulance crew,
"I don't need you now, my wound has healed."

Or a bloke has a heart attack & the undertaker refuses to move him from the hearse when the ambulance arrives.
